Turin Art Experience Bed & Breakfast is on Via Po, one of Turin's main streets. The building dates to the second half of the 17th century, designed by Amedeo di Castellamonte, architect of the House of Savoy. It is 500 meters from the Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Carignano, and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Porta Nuova Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.
Art-Filled Suite
The suite features a 17th-century polychrome coffered ceiling, an 18th-century frieze, and original parquet flooring. It includes design furniture by Luciano Frigerio, a Charles and Ray Eames chaise longue, and artwork also displayed at the Metropolitan Museum, British Museum, and Louvre. Amenities include a 42-inch smart TV with streaming services, WiFi, minibar, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The private bathroom has Portovenere black marble. The balcony overlooks Via Po with views of Gran Madre di Dio and Palazzo Madama.
Breakfast and Dining
Breakfast is served in the Gonin Hall, which has a frescoed ceiling by Gonin from 1872. Afternoon 'Bicerin' with Piedmontese pastries is available in the Chinese Hall, featuring 17th and 18th-century Chinese vases. Complimentary tea, coffee, and cappuccino are available in the suite. Optional private chef dinners with starred menus by Matteo Baronetto can be arranged.
Transportation Access
Bus lines 13N, 55, 56, N04, N10, S04, W01, W15, W60 and tram lines 13 and 15 stop in front of the building. Porta Nuova Metro Station (M1 line) is a 10-minute walk away. Sandro Pertini International Airport is a 30-minute taxi ride or 45-50 minutes by bus to Porta Susa and Porta Nuova stations. A direct coach service by SADEM connects Milano Malpensa airport to Torino Porta Susa hourly.
